ORDER:
In
exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 read with
article 313 of the Constitution of India the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby
makes the following amendment to the Fundamental Rules.
AMENDMENT
In
rule 26 of the said rules after sub-rule (f), the following shall be inserted, namely:

"Delegation
under rule 26"

The
Heads of the Departments are empowered to count the extraordinary leave taken
on account of illness on Medical Certificate for prosecuting higher scientific
or technical studies for a period not exceeding six months towards the grade
increment.
