ORDER:

The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 read with article 313 of the Constitution of India and all powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Fundamental Rules and Subsidiary Rules.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 1^st September, 1994.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules - for Note 2 under exception under Rule 45-A-IV (b), the following note shall be, substituted, namely:-

Note 2: When two officers who are husband and wife, occupy a Government residential building, the monthly emoluments of the officer in whose favour the Government Quarter is allotted shall be taken into account for the purpose of calculation of standard licence fee under this clause".
