The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:

 

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the A.P. Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules. 1991 issued in G.O.Ms.No.487, General Administration (Ser.C) 'Dept., dated the 14^th September, 1992 and published in Part-I No. 235 Extraordi11ary Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 1^st July, 1992 and as subsequently amended from time to time:

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in Appendix - III, under the heading "Forest Department” in column (I), under the entry " 1. Andhra Pradesh Forest Subordinate Service”.

 

1) The posts of "Forest Apprentices" and "Forest Range Officer" occurring at Serial No.1 and 2 respectively and the corresponding entries under columns (4) to (9) thereof, shall be omitted; and the posts and entries as so omitted, the posts occurring at Serial Numbers 3 to 10 shall be renumbered as serial numbers 1 to 8.
