ORDER:
As a
measure of relief to the victims of police firing, the Government have decided
to provide employment to a son, or a daughter or spouse of any person killed in
extremist violence. Accordingly, the Andhra Pradesh (Regulation of appointments
to Public Services and Rationalisation of staff Pattern and Pay Structure),
Act. 1994 (Act 2 of 1994) has been amended suitably.
2. All the Collectors and District Magistrates are hereby authorised to issue orders
in respect of any Department where there is a vacancy for appointment of a
person up to the level of Junior Assistant/ Typist depending upon the
availability of vacancy and qualifications of the applicant as per rules
applicable in respect of compassionate appointments.
3.
These orders shall not be applicable to the persons killed in exchange of fire
between Police and extremists.
4.
These orders will come into effect from 26.02.1996.
