          Read the following:

1. G.O.Ms.No.313, L.E.T. & E, Dept., dt.02.09.1985.

ORDER:

The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. 

NOTIFICATION 

In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 read with article 313 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Fundamental Rules.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 2^nd September 1985.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in rule 9, in the subsidiary definitions, in clause "(ii) Heads of Departments" after item 74, the following shall be added, namely:

“75. Chairman, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court Visakhapatnam.”

“76. Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Warangal”

“77. Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Anantapur”
