ORDER:

In the G.O. second read above, orders were issued to raise the upper age limit for Direct Recruitment from 28 years to 33 years.

2. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in the A.P. Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following amendment to Rule 12 of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, issued in G.O. Ms. No. 436, General Administration (Services.D) Department, dated the 15^th October, 1996 and as subsequently amended from time to time. The amendment shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 24^th July, 2002. –

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules, in Rule 12, in sub-rule (1), in clause (a), in sub-clause (v) for the expression "28 years of age" the expression "33 years of age" shall be substituted.
