3. Act No.16 of .1997 dated 2.5.97 to amend
A.P. (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of
Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) Act, 1994.
4. G.O.Ms. No. 469 G.A. (SC.A) Department dt. 8.11.96.
5. G.O.Ms.No l73 G.A. (SC.A) Department dt. 26.4.97.
6. Act No. 27 of 1998 dated 19.8.98 to amend
A.P. (Regulation of Appointments to Public Service and Rationalisation of Staff
Patten and Pay Structure) Act., 1994.
In the
G.Os 4th and 5th read above orders were issued providing employment
to a son or a daughter or spouse of any person killed in extremist violence who
is not accused of an offence. In the reference 6th read above, the A.P.
(Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff
pattern and Pay Structure) Act, 1994 has been amended providing employment to a
son of a daughter or spouse of any married person or a brother or a sister of
any unmarried person.
2. Based on the amendment to Act No. 27 of
1998, dated 19.8.98, issued in the reference 6th read above, the
following amendment is issued to the orders issued in G.O. Ms. No. 469 General
Administration (SC.A) Department dated 8.11.96.
AMENDMENT
for the words " a son or a daughter or
spouse of any person" the words " in favour of a son or a daughter or
spouse of any married person or a brother or a sister of any unmarried
person" shall be substituted in the Abstract and in 3rd line of
para (2) of the G.O.
3. The above orders will come into effect
from 26.2.1996 i.e., the date of issue of G.O. 1st read above.
