The following notification will be published in the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette: -
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso
to article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto
enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments
to the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, issued in G.O.Ms.No.436,
General Administration (Services-D) Department, dated the 15th October,
1996 and published in Part-I Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette
No.34, dated the 27th January, 1997, as subsequently amended from
time to time:
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules, in rule 17, in sub-rule (e),
(1) in clause (i}, for the expression "clause (i) or clause (iii) or sub-rule (f)", the expression "clause (i) or clause (iii) of sub-rule (f)" shall be substituted.
(2) in clause (v), for the expression "clause (i) and (iii) of sub-rule (a}", the expression "clause (i) and (ii) of sub-rule (a)" shall be substituted.
