ORDER:
The
following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and all the powers
hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra
Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Fundamental Rules and Subsidiary Rules.
2. The amendment
hereby made shall come into force with immediate effect.
AMENDMENT
In the said Rules, in Rule 66 in the table
under the heading Treasuries and Accounts Department after Serial No. 26, the
following shall be added, namely:

Sub-
Treasury Officer |
and
below the rank of Senior Accountants working under their control. |
|
The
power to grant leave for a period not exceeding one month subject to the
condition that no substitute is appointed in the A leave
vacancy. |
