In the circumstances stated by the A.P. Public Service Commission in the reference 2^nd read above, Government direct that the candidates who fulfil the educational qualifications as on the date of the issue of the Supplementary notification to be issued by the A.P. Public Service Commission for recruitment of Group.I Services are eligible to apply for the recruitment.
