            The attention of the District Collector, Adilabad is invited to his letter cited and he is informed that as per the Scheme of Compassionate Appointment on Medical Invalidation, contemplated in the G.Os first and second cited the benefit of Compassionate Appointment is applicable to those employees who retire on Medical Invalidation (5) years before the employee attains the age of superannuation. Further it is clarified among other things in Govt. Memo. third cited that the required period of 5 years of left-over service is to be reckoned from the date of issue of orders of retirement on Medical Invalidation.
 
2. The District Collector, Adilabad is therefore requested to take action in the case referred to in his Jetter in the light of the instructions issued in the G.Os and Govt. Memo. first to third cited.
