In continuation of the instructions issued in
the reference second cited, the District Collectors, Heads of Departments and
Departments of Secretariat are informed that the proposals of Compassionate
Appointments on Medical Invalidation in respect of cases pertaining to Offices
at District Level and below have to be considered by District Level Committee
itself, without reference to the State Level Committee and the State Level
Committee will be functional in the cases of Compassionate Appointments on
Medical Invalidation only in respect of Heads of Departments and Departments of
Secretariat for consideration and recommendation.
