In the reference cited, the Director of School Education Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that, Government vide memo. No. 10711/Ser.VII/2006, Education (SE-Ser. VII) Department, Dt: 11-07-2006, clarified that the Urdu Fazil Certificate issued by the IDARA-E-ABADYATE- URDU Panjagutta, Hyderabad considered as equivalent to intermediate education for the period from 1999-2000 to 2004-2005 only. Further, requested to issue clarification, whether for receiving the applications from the candidates of Urdu fazil Certificate in DSC-2008.
2. Government after careful examination hereby clarify that, the Urdu Fazil Certificate issued by the IDARA-E-ABADIY A TE-URDU Panjagutta, Hyderabad is not equivalent to Intermediate Education, as the private Bodies which do not run any Educational Institutions nor submit copies of their syllabus/ Exam Paper / List of examinations/ Exam Papers evaluation guidelines or Result to Board of Intermediate Education etc., cannot be given such consideration.
3. The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad is
requested to take further action accordingly.
