ORDER:
In the
reference third read above, Sri A. K.Goyal, IAS, Special Chief Secretary to
Government who was nominated as Chairman of the State Level Committee through
the reference second read above, was retired from service from Planning
Department with effect from 31.12.2009 A.N., on attaining the age of superannuation.
2. Government
after careful examination of the matter, hereby nominate Sri T. Chatterjee,
IAS., Special Chief Secretary to Government, Planning Department as Chairman of
the State Level Committee constituted in Para 16 (iii) of G.O. Ms. No. 661, GA(Ser.G) Department, dated 23.10.2008, in place of Sri. A.K.Goyal IAS, Special
Chief Secretary to Government who has retired from service on 31.12.2009 A.N.,
to consider the reports given by Medical Boards and scrutinize the proposals
for appointments on compassionate grounds to eligible dependent family members
of Government employees of Head of Departments and Secretariat Departments who
retired on medical invalidation in accordance with the guidelines and
conditions stipulated in the scheme.
