The
following Notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution
of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment
to Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules.
2. The amendment shall be
deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 11th January,
1996.
AMENDMENT
In the
said rules in sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-rule (i) of rule 4, for the
expression,
"Claims
of as many qualified and eligible candidates as is equivalent to the number of
vacancies estimated shall be considered'', the expression "Zone of
Consideration shall be in the ratio of 1:3" shall be substituted.
