ORDER:
In the
reference 1st read above, orders were issued reconstituting the Departmental
Promotion Committees and Screening Committees for various Gazetted Posts.
2. In the reference second read above,
orders were issued permitting the Director of Intermediate Education to fill up
the vacancies of Principals in Government Junior Colleges on ad-hoc basis
withdrawing the powers from Andhra Pradesh College Service Commission in
supersession of all earlier orders on the subject.
3. The Director of Intermediate Education
in the reference 3rd read above, has submitted proposals for
reconstitute the D.P.C. for filling up of the Initial Gazetted Posts such as
Accounts Officers / Assistant Directors / Deputy District Vocational Educational
Officers / Administration Officers and Screening Committees for 2nd Level
Gazetted Posts of Principals of Government Junior Colleges etc., in
Intermediate Education Department.
4. Government after careful examination,
hereby approve the consideration of the D.P.C. for Initial Gazetted Posts in Intermediate
Education Department such as Accounts Officers / Assistant Directors / Deputy
District Vocational Educational Officers/ Administration Officers as follows -
l) Director of Intermediate Education --- Convenor.
2) Commissioner of Collegiate Education
--- Member
3) Joint Secretary/Deputy Secretary

(in-charge of Intermediate Education) ---

5. Government also approve the
reconstitution of the Screening Committee for preparing Ad-hoc Rules for the
2nd Level Gazetted Posts in Intermediate Education Department such as
Principals of Government Junior Colleges, Deputy Director (Administration) etc.
