The following Notification will be published in the Extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
N O T I F I C A T I O N
2) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section (3) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 (Act, 7 of 1964), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh makes the following amendment to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 234, F&A (Coop.IV) Deptt., dated 3-4-1979
A M E N D M E N T
3) In the schedule to the said notification: -
1. against Sl.No.1 ‘Excise Superintendent’ in column (4), -
(1) under the heading ‘powers under the following sections of the Act, for Sections “4,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,15” the sections “4,6,8,9-B, 9-C, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15-A” shall be substituted-
(2) under the heading ‘powers under the following rules’, for rule “11”, the rules “11, 11-A” shall be substituted.
2. against S.No.2 ‘Dy. Commissioner of Excise’ in column (4),-
(i) for the expression ‘powers under section 76 and 77, the expression ‘powers under section 77’ shall be substituted.
(ii) the expression ‘powers under rule 49-A’ is omitted.
