ORDER:

Order issued in the G.Os. cited provided for the drawal of full pay to the extent of six months, in lieu of six months half pay leave, if at credit, by Government servants drawing pay up to Rs.500/- per mensum suffering from Leprosy/Tuberculosis Cancer / Mental illness.

2.      In the representation third cited, it has been requested to extend this facility to all Government Servants drawing pay up to 1000/- p.m.

3.     Government after careful consideration have decided to extend the said facility to all regular Government servants who are eligible for half pay leave, irrespective of their pay limit, subject to the other conditions for grant of such leave.

4.     These orders are also applicable to the government servants governed by the 3 sets of leave rules contained in Hyderabad Civil Services Rules, volume-II.
