With reference Appeal of Smt.M.Aruana R/o Dilsukh Nagar, Hyderabad under RTI Act 2005, Government have informed that according to Para 7 (Viii)(b) of G.O.Ms.No.96 Fin(PC-II) Department Dt. 20-05-2011, in case of promotion from Special Promotion Post Scale-II the pay shall be fixed under FR 22 (a)(i) read with FR 31(2).
According to these orders, fixation of pay under FR 22 (a) (i) is made applicable only in respect of first level promotion post after availing SPP-II. There is no bar for applying FR 22 B for second level promotions after availing the benefit of SPP-II Scale - Letter No.31265/261P.C.-I/A2013 Fin (PC-I) Department Dt. 16-12-2013
