ORDER:
In
the Government Order read above, the condition of exhausting normal leave has
been removed and allowed the non-permanent employees also maternity leave of 90
days on par with permanent employees. While issuing orders removing· the above
condition in case of miscarriage, the word abortion" was omitted- was
oversight in the explanation to subsidiary rule 1 under F.R.101(a). It has now
been decided to re1tore the word “Abortion" in the explanation under
subsidiary rule 1 of F.R. 101 (a).
The
following notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 read with
article 313 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby
makes the following amendment to the Fundamental Rules.
AMENDMENT
In
the explanation to subsidiary rule 1 under F.R.101 (a) after the word
"Mis-carriage" the words "including abortion" shall be
inserted.
