ORDER:

In the circumstances stated by the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter Roe. No. 585/99, dated 27.12.1999, the Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby order to withdraw the posts of Junior Assistants, Typists and Steno-Typists in Sub-Ordinate Courts from the purview of Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and also order that the recruitment of posts of Junior Assistants, Typists and Steno-Typists in the Subordinate Courts be entrusted to the Recruitment Agency constituted by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, with immediate effect without prejudice to the Special Leave Petition filed by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission before the Supreme Court against the Judgment of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh dated 23^rd April, 2001 in W.P.No. 10898/97 and batch.

2. Necessary Amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulation, 1963 will be issued separately by the General Administration (Services-A) Department.
