ORDER:

The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad in the letter 5th read above, has requested the Government to issue necessary orders for deserving Urdu Medium posts of teachers in DSC-2002, if ST / SC / BC / Women candidates are not available and permitting him to fill up the vacant post of teachers in Urdu Medium for the DSC-2002. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad also requested not to transfer equal number of vacancies deserved in Urdu Medium from other Medium / subject.

2. The Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby permit that Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad/ all the District Collectors & Chairman District Selection Committees to fill up the vacancies of teachers of DSC-2002 of Urdu medium reserved for SC / ST / BC & Women, by candidates belong to open category, if SC / ST / BC / Women, candidates are not available, an equal number of vacancies coming under open categories shall be reserved to SC / ST / BC & Women categories in future recruitment to the extent of the posts now filling up by the O.C. candidates as contemplated under rule  22 (12) (h) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules, 1996.

3. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad / District Collectors and Chairman, District Selection Committees shall take action accordingly and send compliance to Government.
