In the G.O. second cited orders have been issued restoring the facility of encashment of Earned Leave and privilege leave kept in abeyance in the G.O. first cited.
Regarding
para 3 of the G.O. 2nd cited; it is clarified that an employee who
has availed the encashment facility in the calendar year 1988 shall be eligible
for next encashment facility only from 1.4.1989.
