ORDER:
The following notification will be published
in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred
by the proviso to Article 309 read with Article 313 of the Constitution or India.
the Governor or Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following
amendments to the Fundamental Rules.
Amendments
In the said rules:
(1) In rule 10,
14 (a) and (b), 14-B, 15 (a), 24, 33, 35, 36, 40, 44, 45, 45-A-II (b) (i) and
(ii), 45-A-II (iii) (v) and (vi), 45-A-III (a), 45- A-IV (c), V, VI and VII,
45-B-II (b) (i), (ii), (iii), (v) and (vi), 45-B-III (a) (b) and (c), 45-B-IV (c),
V and VI, 46 (b), 47, 48-A, 48-B, 49 (c), 66, 71, 73, 74, 75-C, 82 (a), 83 (1),
83-A, 93, 101, 102, 103, 104 (2) (b), 106, 108-A, 110 (c), Instruction 1 (ii)
under rule 116, 119, 121, 125. 127 (c) and 130. For the words "Local Government'" the
words "State Government" shall be substituted.
(2) In rule 16, 21, Note 2 under
rule 22 (b) (2), 43 and note thereunder, 44, 45-A-III (b) (i), note under rule
45-A-lll (b) (ii), 45-A-VIII, 45-B-III (b), and VII, note (1) under rule 46 (a),
71, 75-c and 84, for the words ·secretary or State-in- Council". the word
'"GOVERNOR'" shall be substituted.
(3) For rule 19, the following
shall be substituted, namely:
"19. Except in the case or
personal pay granted in the circumstances defined in rule 9 (23) (a). the pay
or a Government Servant shall not be so increased as to exceed the pay
sanctioned for his post without the sanction of an
authority competent lo create a post in the same cadre on a rate of pay equal
to his pay when increased."
