ORDER:

The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read with Article 313 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Fundamental Rules.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 3^rd April, 1981.

AMENDMENT

In Rule 9 of the said rules, under heading subsidiary Definition in sub-heading (ii) Heads of Departments", after item 73, the following shall be added namely: -

"74 Director of Sericulture"
