ORDER:

The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. 

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules. 1996 issued in G.O. Ms. No. 436, General Administration Department. dated the 15^th October, 1996 and published in Part-I Extraordinary of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated the 27^th January, 1997 and as subsequently amended from time to time.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 15^th October, 1996.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in Rule 16 (h) for the expression 'Rule 32', the expression 'Rule 31' shall be substituted.
