In the G.O. 1st read above, programme of selection was prescribed for recruitment to the post of 1) Asst. Geologists in A.P. Mining Services, 2) Jr. Assts in Board of Intermediate Education, 3) Forest Range Officers in A.P. Forest Service.
2. A meeting was held on 16.11.2011, during the meeting the Prl. Secretary, Industries & Commerce Dept has stated that direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Geologist is not there, and it is only by appointment by transfer from Royalty Inspector. The Spl. Secretary to Government, EFS&T Department has expressed his willingness for abolishing the interview system to the post of Forest Range Officer, in A.P. Forest Service.
3. The Government after careful examination of the matter,
hereby accept the above suggestions and make the following amendment to the G.O.Ms.No.487,
G.A. (Ser.A) Dept, dt.20.09.2006.
AMENDMENT
(i) Annexure-I
(ii) part-Bin the Annexure -III for the expression "total 660 marks" the expression "total 600 marks" shall be substituted.
