ORDER
The following notification will be published in the
next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-
NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred by the
proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers
hereunto enabling the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following
amendment to the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996
issued in G.O.Ms.No.436, General Administration (Services.D) Department, dated
the 15th October 1996 and published in Part-I extraordinary issue of the Andhra
Pradesh Gazette, dated the 27th January, 1997.
2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force
with effect from the 10th June, 1997.
AMENDMENT
For clause (a) of sub-rue (3) of rule 12 of the said
rules; the following shall be substituted, namely: -
"(a) A candidate
should possess the academic qualifications and experience including practical
experience prescribed, if any, for the post, on the date of the notification
for direct recruitment issued by the concerned recruiting agency".
