ORDER:
In the
letter 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Printing has stated that
the orders issued in the G.O. 1st cited were received in his office for
publication in the A.P. Gazette Extraordinary after 18.11.2005 which cannot be
accepted since ante date publications are not entertained for publication as
per the Government instructions issued in U.O. Note No.97/Ptg.A/85-1, Home,
dated 21.5.1985 and requested to send the same to his office duly altering the
date of publication sufficiently in advance for taking further necessary
action.
In the
circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores
Purchase, Hyderabad, Government has decided to amend the Government order 1st cited by deleting the words "dated 18.11.2005'' in the para 8 of the said
G.O., for publication of the notification in the A.P. Extraordinary Gazette.
Accordingly
the following amendment is issued to G.O.Ms.No.399, Finance (FR.II) Department,
dated 18.11.2005.
AMENDMENT
In para 8 of the said
G.O., the words "dated 18.11.2005" shall be deleted.
