ORDER:

Government have decided to fill-up all the backlog vacancies of Physically challenged persons with different challenges and disabilities and it is also decided to waive the procedure of conducting written examination and interviews (oral tests) for such limited recruitment for the posts in Group-IV Services by the District Selection Committees. The Selections shall be made only on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying academic examinations passed by the candidates.

2. Accordingly the following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette: -

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Ad-hoc Rule namely: -

AD-HOC RULE

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-Ordinate Service Rules, 1996 and Special Rules or Ad-hoc Rules and any other rules governing the method of recruitment procedure adopted by District Selection Committee for direct recruitment to the posts in Group-IV Services to fill-up the following categories of backlog vacancies for Physically challenged persons with different challenges of disabilities, the written examination and oral interviews be waived and the selection for such limited recruitment of Physically challenged persons with disabilities be made on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying academic examinations.

l. Jr. Assistants / Jr. Auditors, L.D. Accountants in all Offices.

2. Typists and Jr. Stenographers of L.D. cadre in all offices.

3. Security Clerks.

4. Librarians and Assistant Librarians.

5. Cash Keepers. 6. Stewards.

7. Assistant Stewards.

8. Linan Keepers.

9. Laundry Supervisors.
