ORDER:
The
following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read with
Article 313 of the Constitution of India and of all the powers here-unto
enabling the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to
the Andhra Pradesh Fundamental Rules and Subsidiary Rules:-
AMENDMENT
to the said rules, in
rule 18 after Note 3, the following shall be added, namely:
"Note(4): In all cases of unauthorized absence to duty for a continuous period exceeding 'one year', the penalty of removal from service shall be imposed on the Government employee, after duly following the procedure laid down in the Andhra Pradesh CivilServices (CCA) Rules, 1991."
