The attention of the C&DA, A.P., Hyderabad is invited to the reference cited and he is informed that, fixation of pay of an employee while holding SPP-II, on regular promotion to second and third level promotions from SPP-II may be fixed under FR-22 (B).
Therefore, the C&DA, AP., Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action in the matter.
