The attention of the District Collector, Karimnagar is invited to his letter sixth cited and he is informed that as per the instructions/orders issued in the G.O.'s second and third cited, conditional appointment as Junior Assistant in the District Subordinate Office can be considered to a dependent of deceased Government Employee by giving 3(three) years’ time to acquire Intermediate qualification to the post, provided such dependent shall possess Tenth Class qualification. As such, the question of considering conditional appointment to a candidate who do not possess 10th (Tenth) Class qualification to the post of Junior Assistant by giving the stipulated time provided in the G.O. third cited does not arise.

2. He is further informed that it has already been clarified in the Govt. Memo fifth cited that the clarifications, instructions / guidelines, and concessions issued from time to time in the orders referred to in the G.O.Ms. No: 400, G.A. (Ser.A) Dept., dt. 12.9.1996 are in vogue and they are not superseded by the aforesaid G.O. A Copy of the Government Memo. fifth cited is sent herewith for favour of information and further action.

3. Further regarding the eligibility to be taken for educational qualification either from the date of death of the Government employee or from the date of application of the dependent or from the date of appointment, the District Collector, Karimnagar is informed that the eligibility of the candidate in terms of his/her educational qualification has to be reckoned with the date of application of the dependent of the deceased Government Employee for appointment, as the applications for appointment from such persons shall be entertained within a period of one year from the date of occurrence of the death of Government Servant vide G.O. first cited.
