1. The Hon’ble AP AT, Judgement, dated 13-8-1997 in O.A.No.6456/95 and batch.
The attention of the Director of Treasuries & Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad is invited to the reference cited, and he is informed that the A.P. Administrative Tribunal has passed the above judgement in favour of the Government and declared that the GO's issued by the Department (i.e. G.O.Ms.No.16, dated 20-1-1996 G.O.Ms.No.260, dated 26-11-1995 and G.O.Ms.No.154, dated 11-4-1991) as valid.
The Director of Treasuries & Accounts is
directed to contact the Government Pleader at A.P. Administrative Tribunal on
O.A. No. 3551/95 and sec that the O.A. is also dismissed on the same lines of
the above judgement as the subject matter of this O.A. is also TAS Examination (qualified
persons). The Director of Treasuries & Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad, shall take
further action keeping in view of the orders of A.P. Administrative Tribunal in
O.A. Nos. 6456/95 and batch.
