The
attention of all the Heads of Departments is invited to the references cited. inspite
of several reminders, information has not been received about the vacancy
position from the most of Heads of Departments. They are, therefore, requested
to furnish monthly reports in respect of vacancies of Junior Assistants and all
cadres in Last Graefe Services with subgroups in B.C. I s.c.·1 Category / Women
quota in the prescribed format by 15th of every month without fail
to accommodate the needy candidates on compassionate grounds. If no vacancies are
available, a NIL report_ may be sent to Government every month without fail.
This
may be treated as "Most Immediate".
