The
points raised in your letter cited at para 4 (I) and (II) pertains to admissibility
of HRA & CA during the leave availed by the Govt., servants while in
service and are not applicable to encashment of Earned leave. As to point III of the same para, the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.154 Finance (FR-I) Departmentdated:4-5-2010 supercede all earlier orders issued in respect of encashment of
earned leave at the time of retirement / death of State employees. Hence action
may be taken in the instant case as per G.O.Ms.No.154, Finance (FR-I)Department, dt.4-5-2010 only.
