Measures - Permitting application for appointment in Government Service by
minor children of Government Servants killed in extremist violence till one
year of their attaining majority - Orders - Issued.

2. As per item No.2 of the said G.O., employment shall be provided to the spouse/children/dependent brother or sister of the deceased official as per Rules mentioned thereon.
3. Further, the Government after careful examination of the issue, have decided to permit applications for appointment in Government Service by minor children of Government Servants killed in extremist violence, till one year of their attaining majority and that the applications received after one year on attaining majority by the son/daughter of the deceased shall not be considered.
4. Accordingly, the Government hereby order
that the applications for appointment in Government Service by minor children
of Government Servants killed in extremist violence, till one year of their
attaining majority shall be permitted. The applications received after one year
on attaining majority by the son/daughter of the deceased shall not be
considered.
