O R D E R: -

In the reference 4^th read above, the Commissioner &Eos to Govt., Department of AYUSH, A.P., Secunderabad has furnished proposals to the Government for according referral status to “Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Arogyalayam (Nature Cure Hospital), Venkatapalem Amaravathi, Guntur District “for the purpose of Medical Reimbursement of Government employees / Retired Employees and their dependants etc along with package rates as recommended by the Committee.

2. The Commissioner, Department of AYUSH, A.P., Vijayawada in the reference 6th read above has furnished a revised proposal for considering the referral status of “Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Arogyalayam.

3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accorded referral status to “Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Arogyalayam (Nature Cure Hospital), Venkatapalem Amaravathi, Guntur District” for the purpose of Medical Reimbursement to the Government employees and their dependants for the (46) Naturopathic treatments obtained in the above said Arogyalayam, with the rates approved by the Committee, subject to the following conditions: -

(a) The reimbursement is subject to the referral by Government doctor only;

(b) The Superintendent, A.L.Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Vijayawada shall be the Scrutiny Officer for all Naturopathy reimbursement claims;

(b) Reimbursement claims shall be considered only for curative aspect, not for preventive aspect;

(c) A.C. rooms cannot be considered for reimbursement as the same is luxury;

(d) Lowest amount shall be considered for reimbursement either in packages or individual treatments.

4. The details of the rates prescribed for Naturopathy treatments/procedures are given in the Annexure appended to this order.

5. The Directorate General of Central Government Health Scheme, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi is requested to include the name of “Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Arogyalayam (Nature Cure Hospital), Venkatapalem Amaravathi, Guntur District” in the list of recognised Institutions for the purpose of reimbursement facility of Medical expenditure to the State Government employees and their dependants etc.

6.The Commissioner of AYUSH, A.P., Vijayawada, shall take necessary action accordingly.

7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-HM&FW) Dept., vide their U.O.No.42028/211/2016-FMU-HM &FW, dated:20.07.2016.
