The attention of the Director of Treasuries and
Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad is invited to the references cited. She is informed that Sri K. Rama Naik, Senior
Accountant, District Treasury Officer, Guntur has appeared for the Typewriting
English Higher Examination held in the month of January, 2001 and pass certificate
has been issued by the SBTET on 15-03-2001.
As such, regularization of the services of the individual in the
category of Junior Accountant has to be done from the date of declaration of
results of the said Test by SBTET but not from the date of appearing for the
examination i.e., 31-01-2001. But the
services of the individual have been regularized with effect from 31-01-2001, which
is not correct. Seniority is to be fixe
basing on the passing of the examination and not from the date of examination.
Therefore, the DTA is requested to examine this issue
keeping in view the position stated above and fix up responsibility on the
erring officials who have committed such grave mistake and then send the
proposal for further examination.
