The attention of the Deputy Director, District
Treasury, Krishna, is invited to the reference cited. He is informed that the
clarification given by this office Vide Memo No. A2/20032/2006, dt. 28.02.2007
is not in operation now as it was given on the basis of APTSSS Rules 1963. The
new APT&A SSS Rules, 2011 do not contain any rule barring release of 1st
increment to those Direct Recruitee SAs / JAs who have not undergone Induction
Training. Therefore, it is clarified that the 1st increment can be
released to Direct Recruitee SAS / JAS though they have not completed Induction
Training provided they have completed (1) year incremental Service.
