Sub: Services Coopn.Dept. - Delegation of powers to the Dist. Coop. Officers for appointment of Non-Gazetted employees working in Districts to Special Grade Scale - Orders - Issued.

ORDER: -

In the reference 1^st read above, powers were delegated to the District Cooperative Officers in the State to sanction Special grade Scales on completion of (08) years of incremental service to the Non-Gazetted Employees.

In the reference 2^nd read above, the Government have changed the periodicity from the existing 8/16/24 years to 6/12/18/24 years for appointments under the Automatic Advancement Scheme.

In view of the above, powers for appointment of Non-Gazetted Employees including Assistant Registrars, working in the Districts to the Special Grade Scales on completion of (06) years of incremental service, are hereby delegated to the District Cooperative Officers, subject to following due procedure in appointment to Special Grade Scale.
