In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, and in supersession of the Ad hoc rules issued in G.O.Ms.No. 685, Education, dated the 16th March, 1966 and G.O.Ms.No. 364, Education, dated the 9th April, I 974 the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, makes the following Special Rules for the Andhra Pradesh State National Cadet Corps Subordinate Service.

shall be given to NCC, Naval Unit Cadets passed in Certificate Examinations
(Certificates A, B &bC). |

Calcutta or any other reputed firms dealing with modelling goods of having
completed successful training in Aeromodelling goods. 5. Preference
shall be given to NCC, Air Wing Cadets passed in Certificate Examinations
(Certificates A, B and C) |

1. Should be
able to read and write the language or one of the languages of the district
(as in appendix) in which appointment is to be made. 2. Should pass a
trade test conducted by a Board of Officers. Must be able to make up complete
riding saddle, only the
saddle
tree, iron and brass work being provided. 3. Must be
competent at work in canvas up a valise. 4. Must be able
to select and cut leather with judgement and economy. |

1. Should be
able to read and write the language or one the languages of the District (as
in appendix) in which appointment is to be made. 2. Should pass a
trade test conducted by a Board of Officers. Must have a sound knowledge of
the following in respect of horse or mule: - (i) the anatomy
of the foot the diseases of and accidents to the same and their first aid and
treatment. (ii) the
correction of unshoed, over grown, twisted and contracted feet and should be
able to detect lameness. 3. Must be able
to make any regulation pattern shoe from iron or old shoes. 4. Must be able
to make any special shoe such as bar shoe and brushing shoe, from a
dimensioned drawing and from bar from or old shoe. 5. Must be able
to prepare and fit a shoe apt or cold to a horse mules nail on, and finish
off in 3 hours. 6. Must be able
to trim and keep in satisfactory condition the feet of unshoed animal. 7. Must be able
to make Famier Farrier's tools such as pritchleM stamp full and buffer. 8. Must be able
to help securing of animals for operation. |
