In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Ad hoc Rules for the temporary posts of Service Engineers in the Liquid Nitrogen Plants of Animal Husbandry Department.
Rule 1. Applicability of
General Rules: -
The provisions of
Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Services Rules shall apply to the holder
of the temporary post of Service Engineers in the Liquid Nitrogen Plants of
Animal Husbandry Department.
Rule 2. Constitution: -
The post of Service
Engineer in Animal Husbandry Department shall constitute a distinct category in
Class-I of Andhra Pradesh Animal Husbandry Subordinate Service.
Rule 3. Method of
appointment: -
Appointment to the
post shall be made by direct recruitment.
Rule 4. Appointment
authority: -
The Director of
Animal Husbandry Department shall be the appointing authority.
Rule 5. Qualifications: -
No person shall be
eligible for appointment to the post unless he possesses the qualifications
specified below:-
Must possess B.E. Degree
(Electrical or Mechanical) of any University of India established or
incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act, or an
Institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent
qualification.
Rule 6. Age: -
No person shall be
eligible for appointment to the post if he has completed 34 years of age on 1st
day of July of the year in which the selection is made.
Rule 7. Probation: -
Every person
appointed to the post shall be on probation for a total period of two years on
duty within a continuous period of three years.
Rule 8. Tests: -
Every person
appointed to the post shall pass the Animal Husbandry Departmental Test within
the period of his probation.
