O R D E R:

The following notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette: -

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling and in supersession of the Service rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.2076, Education, dated 27^th July, 1965 and G.O.Ms.No.249, Education, dated 3^rd March, 1979 the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Special Rules for the Andhra Pradesh State National Cadet Corps Service.

RULES

1.    Short title:

These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh State National Cadet Corps Service Rules.

2.     Constitution:

The service shall consist of the following categories of posts:

Category-1: Assistant Director (Previously known as Establishment Officer)

 

Category-2: 2 (A): Training Officer (Naval)

  (B): Training Officer (Air)

3.     Method of Appointment and Appointing Authority: -

Subject to the other provisions in these rules, the method of appointment and appointing authority for the several categories shall be as follows: -

1.   Assistant Director         2.   (A) Training Officer (Naval)       (B) Training Officer (Air)	By recruitment by transfer from the category of Superintendents in the Andhra Pradesh Ministerial Service in the National Cadet Corps Department   By transfer from the category of Ship Modelling Mechanic-Cum-Store keeper in the Andhra Pradesh National Cadet Corps Subordinate Service.   By transfer from the category of Aero Modelling Mechanic-Cum-Store keeper in the Andhra Pradesh National Cadet Corps Subordinate Service.	Deputy Director General of National Cadet Corps Secunderabad.     Deputy Director General of National Cadet Corps Secunderabad   Deputy Director General of National Cadet Corps Secunderabad

4.    Minimum Service:

No person shall be appointed to the Service by transfer unless he has put in not less than three years of service in the category from which such appointment by transfer is made.

5.    Probation:

Every person appointed to the service shall from the date on which he commences probation be on probation for a total period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years.
