ORDER:

The following Notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 issued in G.O.Ms.No.487, General Administration (Ser. C) Department dated the 14^th September, 1992 as amended in G.O.Ms.No. 64, General Administration (Ser. C) Department, dated the 27^th February, 1998.

2.   The Amendment hereby made, shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 27^th February, 1998.

AMENDMENT

In the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.64, General Administration (Ser. C) Department, dated the 27th February, 1998 in item (2) for the expression "sub rule (1) of Rule 40" the expression "Rule 40" shall be substituted.
