ORDER

The Government, after examination of the matter and keeping in view the orders issued in G.O. Second read above, have decided to issue amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Last Grade Service Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.565, General Administration (Services.B) Department, dated 24-10-1992, deleting the post of "Fisherman" from the Andhra Pradesh Last Grade Service.

2. The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the fallowing amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Last Grade Service Rules, 1992 issued in G.O.Ms.No.565, General Administration (Services.B) Department, dated 24-10-1992.

AMENDMENT

In rule (2) of the said rules, under Category (10) the post "Fisherman" shall be omitted.
