Fundamental Rules - Special casual leave to the principal office bearers of recognised Service Associations and Office bearers of the units in the District of Employees' Associations represented on the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Joint Staff Council - Amendment to Annexure VII - Issued.

Read the following: -

2. G.O.Ms.No. 1079, G.A. (Pol.B) Dept., dt.26-09-64.

ORDER:
 
With reference to the orders contained in the G.Os read above, the following amendments is issued to Annexure-VII to Fundamental Rules:
 
AMENDMENT
In the said annexure in "Section-II - Special Casual Leave", the following shall be added as instruction 10-B, namely: -
 
"10-B Special Casual leave not exceeding seven days in a calendar year may be granted to the principal office bearers of the following recognised service Associations and to two· Office bearers of their units in the districts as are represented on the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Joint Saff Council: -

 

1.                

Andhra Pradesh non-Gazetted officers Association

 

:

(a)  President

(b)  General Secretary

(c)  2 Office bearers of the Units in the District.

2.                

All Andhra Pradesh Class-IV Employees Central Union

 

:

(a)  Working President

(b)  General Secretary

(c)  2 Office bearers of the units in the districts.

3.                

The State Teacher's Union

 

:

(a)  President

(b)  General Secretary of District Units.

(c)  2 Office Bearers of the District Units.

4.                

Hyderabad Non-Gazetted Officers, Central Union / Association

 

:

(a)  President

(b)  2 Office bearers of Dist. Units.

5.                
Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Association.

 

:

Secretary

 The Grant of Special Casual leave is subject to the following conditions: -
 
(a) That this special casual Leave not exceeding 7 days will include and not be in addition to any Special Casuat Leave allowed in any other capacity such as for Sports, Cultural activities, etc.,

 

(b) That the Competent authority will have the discretion to withhold the grant of Special Casual leave, if he considers it necessary to do so in the exigencies of Government work.
