ORDER:
In the Annexure-II to Rule 11 (b) of the Revised Andhra Pradesh Ministerial Service Rules issued in G.O. 1st read above; the following are the tests prescribed to the categories of Senior Assistants and Superintendents in Agriculture Department:

Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers, Part I and II.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders were issued to the effect that such of the persons working as Senior Assistants and Superintendents in Agriculture Department need not pass the Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part II.
3. Accordingly. the following notification amending Annexure- 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Ministerial Service Rules, 1998, is issued. The amendment is deemed to have come into force with effect from 2nd March 2000.
4. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the A.P. Ministerial Service Rules, 1998 issued in G.O.Ms.No.261, General Administration (Ser.B) Department, dated:14th July 1998.
5. In the said Rules, in Annexure-11 under the heading ‘Agriculture Department’ in item (l) under Column (2) of the table for the expression “(l) Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part-I and II” the expression “(l) Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part-I” shall be substituted.
