ORDER:
In
the Government Order read above orders were issued permitting Government
Servants, irrespective of categories to which they belong, to secure and accept
jobs abroad subject however, to the conditions laid down in the said Government
Order.
In
Para 6 of the said Government Order, it was indicated that a Provision in the
Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules shall be introduced with regard
to issue of 'No Objection Certificate' to obtain Passport for seeking employment
abroad.
The
matter has been examined in consultation with General Administration Department
and it is felt that there is no need to amend the conduct rules and the Home
(Passport) Department will issue guidelines for obtaining of 'No Objection
Certificate' to obtain Passport for seeking employment abroad.
Government,
therefore, hereby make the following amendment to Para 6 of the instructions
issued in the Government Order read above.
AMENDMENT
"In
the said orders issued in the Government Order read above, Para 6 shall be omitted."
