ORDER:

The following Notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to Section 17 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988) read with Section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that the Notification issued in the G.O. Ms. No:10, General Administration (S.C. E) Department, Dated: 7^th January, 1999 shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 9^th September, 1988.
